A home away from home

My Cornish Cottage is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a cosy home environment. A place to relax and enjoy.

I also do winter holidays. My cottage is kept at a warm temperature all year round by wifi heating so it's warm when people are due to stay, making everywhere nice and cosy on arrival.

Driving through Cornwall is much easier than the bad old days, motorways run as far as Exeter (from London use M4/M5 - NOT A303). From Exeter the A30 is now nearly all highly maintained dual carriageway.

Flying into Newquay (30 miles from my cottage) is getting even better. Car hire from Newquay airport is easy.

There are flights from London Gatwick, Copenhagen, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Faro, Alicante, Manchester, Cork, Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen etc.

Don't forget there is also the Night Riviera Sleeper train from London Paddington all the way to Penzance, six nights a week. Either seats or cabins available on this iconic journey run by Great Western Railway.
